Upon deciding to take this journey together and making your purchase for the service discussed, you'll receive a confirmation email of your design service purchase and access to a Slack channel for ongoing communication.
Design audits: We'll deliver your personalized UI/UX design audit report (Figma file, image file, PDF, or video) in 48 hours. Upon receiving your report, you can ask for a 15-minute call to discuss our findings and recommendations.
Landing page design and subscription services: We'll ask you to fill a form to understand your business needs better, and then set up a meeting to confirm how to proceed further.
What is your fulfillment and refund policy?
Landing page design service: As our work starts immediately upon your purchase of this service, each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This service purchase comes with a minimum of two revision rounds - however we will do our best to offer additional revision rounds for free, based on our availability.
Design subscription:If you cancel within the first seven calendar days of your purchase, you will get 75%. You can pause your ongoing subscription at any time you want which later you can restart your subscription any time you'd like to.
Design audit: We offer full refunds (no questions asked) if you are not fully satisfied.All refund requests for this service should be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
You'll receive regular updates — typically every 2–3 calendar days — depending on the type and scope of work. For ongoing design subscriptions, updates arrive as tasks are completed. You can always reach out with questions or to reprioritize tasks.
What if I am not satisfied with a design?
Landing page design: We offer two revisions for landing page designs. In case you are not still satisfied with the outcome, we will try our best to go the extra mile, and offer revision rounds based on our availability.
Design subscription plan: Our Design Subscription plan comes with unlimited revisions - so you can ask for revisions as many as you want.
What does 'unlimited requests/revisions' mean?
For our Design Subscription service, you can submit as many design tasks or revision requests as you like. We'll handle them one at a time, in the order you submit. You'll never be capped on how much you can ask — but we maintain quality by focusing on one task at a time. To ensure you get the highest design quality, we capped the maximum number of subscribers at 8 - meaning that you will get at least 30 hours of dedicated design work per month.
What does 'cancel or pause anytime' mean?
You can cancel or pause your Design Subscription service at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you'll receive a 75% refund — no questions asked. After the first 7 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and no further charges will be made. If you decide to pause your subscription, we will stop working on your tasks immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing period, and you can resume your subscription at any time.
What if my Design Audit doesn’t include any critical feedback?
If your submitted design is already in excellent shape and we find little or no areas for improvement, you’re entitled to request another Design Audit anytime within 12 months of your original purchase, at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase, at no additional cost, no questions asked.
