Fulfillment & Refund Policy

This policy outlines how and when services from Coherency are delivered, and under what conditions (if any) refunds may be issued. By purchasing any service from Coherency, you agree to the terms below.

1. Fulfillment Policy

What You Receive

Depending on the service you purchase, Coherency will deliver:

  1. Design Audit PDF report, Figma drafts, or images
  2. Landing Page Design: Custom layout and UI delivered via Figma
  3. Design Subscription: Ongoing design work with delivery through Figma and communication channels agreed upon

All deliverables are provided digitally.

Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery times are as follows (unless otherwise agreed in writing):

  1. Design audits: within 3–5 business days
  2. Landing pages: first draft within 5–7 business days
  3. Subscription work: turnaround depends on task complexity, usually 2–4 business days per request

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback. Delays in feedback may delay delivery.

Fulfillment Criteria

A service is considered fulfilled when:

  1. The initial version or draft of the deliverable has been shared with the client, OR
  2. Any service-specific delivery milestone (such as a design audit) has been submitted via Figma, email, or other agreed channel

Proof of delivery may include timestamps, email confirmations, shared design files, or read receipts. Coherency retains proof of delivery and correspondence.

2. Refund Policy

General Terms

  1. All sales are final.
  2. No refunds will be issued once work has begun or a deliverable has been provided.

Subscription Refund Exception

If you cancel a design subscription within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and no significant work has been delivered (as determined by Coherency), you are eligible for a 75% refund.

  1. If substantial work or drafts have already been shared, no refund will be issued.
  2. After the first 7 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. You changed your mind after work has started
  2. You no longer need the design or project
  3. You are dissatisfied with subjective design preferences after feedback and revisions
  4. You fail to provide necessary feedback or input
